Pro-nROLL ensures effective enrollment strategies are in place to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets, our experienced Project Managers work closely with CESs to ensure efficient implementations of these strategies. MCSMO PMs track the enrollment activities, status on weekly basis and provide the updates to clients regularly through the dashboards and site/CES score card.

One of the important approach of Pro-nROLL is measuring effectiveness of strategies time to time and challenge them further with more innovative and result-oriented ones. Risk assessment and contingency planning is the important aspect of Pro-nROLL at MCSMO to deliver on our commitments which is supported by proactive building of a milestone to trigger activation of a mitigation plan if enrollment doesn't go as per the plan.
