MCSMO understands that it is important to retain enrolled patients on study to ensure completion of clinical trials successfully with required number of patients available for efficacy analysis. Therefore, after understanding challenges related to patients retentions, we plan proactive retention strategies and work with investigational site staff to motivate patients to visit sites as per protocol visits.

These strategies further supported by our viREMIND tool where our CESs remind proactively site staff and patients about their protocol visits and ensure patient compliance with minimum drop-outs.
