Mahesh Malneedi
President and Co-Founder

Mahesh is serving as the President of MakroCare. He was instrumental in start up and growth of MakroCare, as one among the fastest growing CROs. His 15-year of business experience is a valuable asset to MakroCare. He holds MS and MBA from NJIT, New Jersey

Mahesh has marked the success in both strategic development and worldwide operational role of MakroCare and expanded the functional capabilities to India and Europe.

Mahesh has experience in working with various Wall Street firms like JP Morgan, Solomon Smith Barney and Citibank prior to starting Makro.

Dr. Rao Teki
Director, Clinical Operations

Dr.Teki graduated in Medicine and holds MBBS degree. Dr.Teki has more than 20 years of experience in managing clinical development in diverse therapeutic fields for Healthcare and Pharmaceutical companies. He has wide range of experience in Clinical Therapeutics areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Infectious diseases, Diabetes, Respiratory, Neurology and others.

Dr.Teki is currently Director, Clinical Operations within MakroCare. He has been instrumental in the clinical development and support of numerous activities across the organization. He is a member of the Corporate Executive Team

Prior to this appointment, Dr.Teki served senior positions with major Healthcare and Pharmaceutical companies. He has received many fellowships and awards for his contribution to Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Rajeev Naithani
Director, Clinical Data Management & Information Technology

Dr.Rajeev is a Doctorate in Biotechnology and PG in Life sciences. He has more than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical research and Biotechnology development arena, serving the Life sciences & Biotechnology industry and contract clinical services sectors.

Dr.Rajeev is currently Director, Clinical Data Management & Information Technology within MakroCare. His extensive background in Life Sciences along with IT has proven in building state of the art, robust, secure and flexible clinical data management infrastructure at MakroCare. During his association with MakroCare Dr. Rajeev has held key positions in Project management in United States.

Prior to this appointment, he has held key positions in Biotechnology industry and has been involved in Bioinformatics & drug discovery process during his career. His experience spans wide range of therapeutics including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Infectious diseases and other. He has international publications in major scientific journals to his credit.

Dr. Grace Maria Antony
Director, Statistics

Dr.Grace Maria Antony is a Doctorate in Statistics and PG diploma in Operations Research and Computer Applications. Dr. Grace has more than 20 years of research experience in the field of Public Health, Nutrition, Poverty, Quality of Life, studies on Epidemiology and Social Sciences, which involves various Biostatistical methods such as Multivariate Statistical Methods for various health and nutritional research projects especially with large database. She has good experience in, protocol development, sampling, design, data processing and statistical analysis.

Dr. Grace is currently Director of Statistics within MakroCare Clinical Research Organization. Her extensive background in health and research projects has proven in building strong teams, processes and the driving force behind Makrocare's Statistical program and is responsible for the implementation of Statistical strategic development to increase efficiency at MakroCare.

Prior to this appointment, Dr.Grace has held key positions in research under the Indian Council for Medical Research, namely Institute for Research in Medical Statistics and National Institute of Nutrition. Most recently, She also worked at the Council for Social Development Hyderabad, a research organization of the Indian Council for Social Science Research.

To her credit, she is a recipient of JH West Bursary Award and Royal Statistical Society grant. Dr. Grace is the author of more than 15 research publications in peer-reviewed journals of national and international repute. She also had more than 75 technical reports to her credit.

Dr. Khalid Saifuddin
Senior Manager, Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety

Dr. Khalid is a medical graduate with specialization in Sports Medicine from Germany. He completed MBBS from Osmania University and DSM from German Sports University, Cologne. He has over 11 years of experience in medical practice.

Dr. Khalid is a Senior Manager, Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety. He is responsible for full cycle of Pharmacovigilance services, risk management plans and consulting services. He has in-depth knowledge of the process, event term selection, coding, labeling, verifying seriousness, assess expectedness and reportability.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Khalid worked at Quintiles, Nipuna (Satyam), Care Hospital, Owaisi hospital and research center in medical practice, clinical research and pharmacovigilance.
