MakroCare: Only CRO to represent in BioVillage 2008, Europe

BioVillage 2008, a successful first edition of events and conference held at Parc Expo Mulhouse, France, 4th December 2008, served all players involved in tomorrow’s research and medicine in Business partnering, technological trends, business opportunities, investors, exhibitions, seminars, offers of technological partnerships, patents portfolio, training and education, technology exchange . from sectors like Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical devices, e-Healthcare, Medical robotics, Imaging, Medical technology, Translational medicine.

The presentations given by the leader from biotech companies helped to explore opportunities with them. Specially, the Japan biotech scenario (mainly Osaka biocluster) was very important. Many biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms have traditionally concentrated in Osaka Dosho-machi area and a number of bio-medical research institutes including Osaka University.

MakroCare is the one and only CRO represented by its India office and put up exhibition in BioVillage 2008, booth No. BA-17. Number of delegates and leaders from European biotech companies visited our booth and impressed by our services rendered and showed keen interested in joint ventures, partnering and exploring opportunities with us.

The keynote presentation on “Evolution of biotechnology and targeted therapy” by M. Marc de Garidel, Vice-President South region, AMGEN International Commercial Operations got a good applause from the audience and the subject was discussed thoroughly on the evolution, the latest trends, and the problems facing by biotech companies.
